Here’s a recipe for the freshest summer drink – easy to prepare, delightfully light, and guaranteed to catch the attention of your guests:

Tropical Mango Cocktail

A refreshing and fruity drink that combines the sweetness of mango, the zing of lemon, and the depth of rum – perfect for summer moments!

Ingredients (per serving):

• 3–4 cl Pure Lemonade Mango-Lemon concentrate
• 4 cl dark or spiced rum (vanilla rum works great!)
• Sparkling water
• Ice
• Fresh mint
• Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions:

1. Add the Mango-Lemon concentrate to the bottom of a highball glass.
2. Pour in the rum and fill almost to the top with sparkling water, leaving room for ice.
3. Stir gently.
4. Add plenty of ice.
5. Garnish with fresh mint and a wedge of lime.
6. Insert a straw and serve immediately.

To make a non-alcoholic version of the drink, simply leave out the rum. Replace it with extra sparkling water or try adding a splash of orange or pineapple juice for extra flavour!
