Raspberry-Mint
A fresh, tangy, and spring-like combination that works especially well on the terrace and at brunch.
Non-alcoholic Raspberry-Mint Spritz
- You can easily turn this drink into a punch suitable for self-service stations. Mix one concentrate pouch (0.8L) with 5.2 litres of sparkling water, and you will get a total of six litres of ready-to-serve drink. Serve with ice and fresh mint.
Raspberry-Mint Gin Smash
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 4 cl gin
- 12cl Pure Lemonade Raspberry-Mint
- Ice
- For garnish: mint + a lime wedge
You can dilute the lemonade in advance, as once diluted it keeps for up to two days. Mix the gin, Pure Lemonade, and ice, pour into a glass, and garnish.
Strawberry-Cherry
A sweeter and rounder flavour, where familiar strawberry brings back childhood summer memories, while cherry adds a trendy twist. It works particularly well in dessert-style drinks or relaxed summer evening gatherings.
Strawberry-Cherry Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 litre strong tea (cold)
- for example, 10 tea bags / 1 litre (black tea or rooibos)
- 1 litre Pure Lemonade Strawberry-Cherry
- Ice
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh strawberries/cherries for garnish
- Brew the tea strong and let it cool completely.
- Pour 1 litre of cold tea and 1 litre of lemonade into a pitcher.
- Add ice and stir.
- Garnish and serve.
Cherry Berry Mule
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 4 cl vodka (or rum)
- 10 cl Pure Lemonade Strawberry-Cherry
- 8 cl Norlas Organic Ginger shot + soda water
- Ice
- A slice of lime for garnish
Mix the vodka and lemonade with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a slice of lime and serve.
Orange-Lemon
A classic fruit combination that work from spring through Easter and into summer celebrations. This flavour is also a perfect base for punch and sangria.
Orange-Lemon Sangria (pitcher punch, 6-8 servings)
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of white or red wine (0.75L)
- Pure Lemonade Orange-Lemon (approx. 0.75-1L, depending on taste)
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Ice
- Optional: berries or peaches
Mix the wine, lemonade, fruit slices, and ice in a pitcher. Let it infuse before serving.
You can also easily make this into a non-alcoholic punch by replacing the wine with non-sparkling wine or even grape juice.
Citrus Highball
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 part Pure Lemonade Orange-Lemon
- 6.5 parts sparkling water
- Ice
- Orange peel or a slice of lemon
Mix the ingredients together and garnish.
Tip: You can easily turn this intro a citrusy Cuba Libre-style drink my mixing 4cl of light rum with 12cl of diluted Pure Lemonade.
